John has been licensed since 1985 and earned his broker’s license in 1993. John also holds a B.A. in Communications and Political Science. In addition to being a top producing Real Estate Broker, he has been involved in local politics for many years, and enjoys participating in the community he loves and was born in. John is a member of National Association of Realtors, Central Valley Association of Realtors, and Turlock Noon Rotary Club. John has earned many prestigious awards not only for his top producing sales record, but also for his involvement in the local community. Such honors include the CVAR Realtor of the Year Award, Master's Club, and the Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year Award, as well as the Jaycee's Citizen of the Year Award.

Nellie has held her Real Estate license since 1991, and was a Realtor for 18 years before transitioning to mortgage lending, and is now a Mortgage Advisor for Alpine Mortgage Company. Nellie also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She is on the Board of Directors for Turlock Youth Performing Arts (TYPA), and the Carnegie Arts Center Foundation. Like John, she is very involved in the local community through activism and service.
