JOHN LAZAR NAMED TO COLDWELL BANKER® INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT’S ELITE
Real Estate Industry Continues To Be Driver of Economic Growth
Turlock, California, May 18, 2005– John Lazar of Turlock, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Endsley and Associates, has been named to the company’s International President’s Elite. Only four percent of the more than 120,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker® System qualified for the distinguished group presented annually for reaching sales goals.
As a member of the company’s International President’s Elite, Lazar will be invited to attend the “Elite Retreat,” a three-day conference held exclusively for the company’s top sales associates.
Lazar was presented with this distinguished honor at the company’s International Business Conference, held in February 2005 at the Gaylord Palmsä Resort in Orlando, Fla. The annual event brought more than 8,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers, and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony. Dr. Phil McGraw, host of his own nationally syndicated daily TV series Dr. Phil, was the conference's keynote speaker. K.C. and the Sunshine Band, known for such hits as "Get Down Tonight" and "That's The Way (I Like It)" were the featured entertainers.
“John Lazar is a worthy recipient of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award,” said Jim Gillespie, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. “John has great expertise in the Turlock real estate market and he is dedicated to helping customers. The service that John provides is a significant reason why Coldwell Banker is a first choice for homebuyers.”
“Experts agree that real estate has been a pillar of the American economy,” Gillespie states. “Demographic trends and historically low interest rates mean the real estate market should continue to be a driver of the economy in 2005.”
Lazar, who has a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Communications, earned his real estate license in 1985. He attained his Broker’s license in 1993. He began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Pope and Phair, and several transitions later landed at Endsley and Associates, which became a Coldwell Banker franchise in 1995. John has received numerous awards for his commitment to his industry and his production. His wife Nellie, who has been a Realtor since 1991, is also his business partner. Together, they work to make the home buying and selling process a pleasant and profitable experience for their clientele.
